I am privileged to serve as the Regional Coordinator for Asia and UN Representative for the Africana Women Working Group (AWWG) at the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC). This role represents more than just a title it is a profound responsibility to elevate the voices of women across Asia, to represent the shared aspirations of Africana and Asian communities, and to advocate for meaningful, intersectional change on a global scale.
